By accessing and using the Smart Range platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Smart Range is a decentralized, open-source yield platform operating on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain. The platform is developed and maintained by independent developers with no official affiliation or entity behind it. The platform provides users with the ability to deposit USDT and earn yields based on their chosen lock period through immutable smart contracts.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Open Source and Decentralized Nature

Smart Range is an open-source platform developed by independent contributors. Important points to understand:

• There is no company, organization, or legal entity operating the platform
• Developers contribute to the platform independently and have no official relationship with Smart Range
• The platform operates autonomously through smart contracts on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain
• No individual or entity has control over the deployed smart contracts
• The source code is publicly available and auditable by anyone

4. Geographic Restrictions and Jurisdictional Compliance

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Smart Range complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

If the laws of your country, state, province, or region prohibit or restrict the use of cryptocurrency platforms, DeFi protocols, or yield-generating services, you must NOT use this platform.

By using Smart Range, you represent and warrant that:

• Your use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of the platform would be illegal or restricted
• You have consulted with legal counsel if necessary to determine the legality of using the platform
• You will immediately cease using the platform if it becomes illegal in your jurisdiction

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Smart Range, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

6. Smart Contract Rules and Transparency

The smart contract rules are clear, transparent, and immutable. Before using the platform, you MUST understand the following:

• Time-Locked Deposits: Deposits are locked for the chosen period (1, 5, 10, or 20 days) and cannot be withdrawn before maturity
• Withdrawal After Maturity: After the lock period expires, you can withdraw both your principal and accumulated yield via closeRange()
• Variable Yields: Yield rates vary based on your chosen lock period - longer lock periods earn higher yields
• Commission System: A multi-level referral commission system distributes commissions on yields earned, locked for the same period as the deposit
• Immutable: Once deployed, the smart contract rules cannot be modified by anyone
• Transparent: All contract code is public and verifiable on the BNB Smart Chain blockchain
• Irreversible: All transactions on the blockchain are final and cannot be reversed
• PancakeSwap Integration: Deposits are automatically added to PancakeSwap V3 liquidity pools to generate revenue for the protocol

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these rules before interacting with the smart contract.

7. Investment at Your Own Risk

YOU INVEST ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

By using Smart Range, you acknowledge and accept that:

• This is a high-risk investment and you may lose your entire deposit
• You are responsible for your own investment decisions
• You have performed your own research and due diligence
• No guarantees are made about yields, returns, or platform sustainability
• Past performance does not indicate future results
• The platform developers assume no responsibility for your financial losses
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose completely
• You have consulted with financial advisors if necessary

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of Smart Range, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide
• Paying all applicable gas fees and transaction costs
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and DeFi platforms
• Compliance with all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction

9. Risks and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Smart Contract Risk: Despite audits, smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or bugs
• Blockchain Risk: The BNB Smart Chain network may experience congestion, forks, or other technical issues
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations may change and negatively affect the platform
• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• Liquidity Risk: The platform may not have sufficient funds to pay yields
• Technical Risk: Platform interfaces may experience downtime or errors
• No Insurance: Deposits are not insured by any government or private entity

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or smart contracts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or blockchain network
• Use automated systems or bots to manipulate the platform
• Engage in any form of market manipulation or fraud
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures or verification systems

11. Affiliate Program

Smart Range includes a multi-level affiliate program. By participating, you agree to:

• Promote the platform ethically and accurately
• Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about potential earnings
• Clearly disclose the risks involved in using the platform
• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or aggressive promotion tactics
• Not guarantee returns or promise specific financial outcomes

12. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for general informational purposes only.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors of Smart Range shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
• Blockchain network issues or failures
• Unauthorized access to your wallet
• Platform downtime or errors
• Changes in regulations or laws
• Any other matter relating to the service

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers and contributors of Smart Range from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

15. Intellectual Property

The platform interface, design, graphics, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. However, the smart contract code is open-source and available for review and verification.

16. Modifications to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Note that smart contract rules cannot be modified once deployed and ownership is renounced.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Range regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Acknowledgment

By using Smart Range, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that:

• You understand the smart contract rules and the time-locked nature of deposits
• You are investing at your own risk with funds you can afford to lose
• You have verified that using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction
• You understand that Smart Range is an open-source platform with no official entity behind it
